This hall includes a music hall with a capacity of 500 people and a theater hall with a capacity of 1000 people. The population of Urmia is about 500 thousand people. Various theater and music activities require facilities and a large space. In a preliminary assessment, a capacity of about 1000 people could be a good capacity for theatrical and musical activities. The space for performing dramatic arts and theater is usually less than the halls for performing music.
